Payment must be made in full prior to shipment. For your convenience and security, we accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express via PayPal.
All in-stock items are shipped within 2-3 business days and you will be notified of any delay. Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation which contains the tracking number for your shipment. We cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items. Currently, orders are only shipped within Canada. All orders are shipped via Canada Post, FedEx or STC/Greyhound and are insured unless otherwise specified or agreed upon by the buyer and seller.
Inventory is updated daily, however the stock status online may change within 24 hours. In the event that the product you ordered is not in stock, you will be contacted via email or phone with the update and you will be refunded or not charged.

Some exceptions to flat rate shipping and free shipping promotions may occur. Larger and oversized items are heavier and can be more expensive to ship than smaller orders and may not qualify for the flat rate or free shipping promos. Also, orders shipped to more remote areas may incur additional costs. Hello Baby reserves the right to impose additional shipping charges where the shipping carrier charges an additional rate (ie, remote location). If shipping charges are more expensive than indicated on your web order, you will be contacted by phone or by email prior to your order being shipped so that you may approve any shipping surcharge.
Hello Baby is located in Saskatchewan and, as such, must charge GST (5%) to all Canadian customers. We must also charge PST (5%) to all Saskatchewan residents on applicable items. HST must also be charged to customers in Ontario (13%), British Columbia (12%), New Brunswick (13%), Nova Scotia (15%) & Newfoundland (13%).
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however, in the event that you are not satisfied, you may return UNUSED items in original condition with receipt, original packaging & all tags attached within 7 days of receiving the product for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges. All sale, clearance, special orders, car seats and hygienic items (ie skin care, nursing garments, bottles, pacifiers, teethers & support garments) are a FINAL SALE.
To obtain your refund you must send an e-mail request to info@hellobaby.ca stating the reason for the return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). Please include your RMA with the returned merchandise. We do not pay for return shipping charges and do not accept merchandise returned without the Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) (Required for ALL shipments). Returned items must be sent by an insured shipping carrier that provides a tracking number. Hello Baby will not be responsible for returned items that may become lost or stolen in shipping. You will be notified by email once your return and refund is processed.
All special order and furniture items are final sales and cannot be cancelled. Special orders are items that are out of stock at the time of purchase and which need to be ordered for the customer.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Hello Baby & www.hellobaby.ca are two separate entities and returns for online purchases will not be accepted at Hello Baby's retail store.
All products are inspected prior to shipping, but customers have 48 hrs from receiving the shipment to notify us by e-mail or phone with any defects found in products. Products must be returned and customer will receive credit for shipping once defect is confirmed.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing:
We are the sole owners of any information collected on this website. We only have access to or collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, web form, or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request; such as to fulfill your order.
Email Newsletters:
Email newsletters are only sent to those who have subscribed to them. Unless you subscribe to our email newsletter, we will not contact you via email to tell you about specials, new products or services.
Orders:
When purchasing a product from our website we will request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders.
